Photo submissions: Photos preferred in JPEG format, if possible, no later than 3 days after the meeting of the City Council-dates listed below. Color preferred but not required. 

Other submissions and notices:  Must be in no later than three days after the City Council meeting date. Those dates for the remaining part of this year are: 8-18, 9-2,9-5,10-6, 10-20, 11-3, 11-17, 12-15.
